A RANGE WITH A CLEAR STANDARD

Choose your depth.
Prove your range.

Each Advanced Specialist credential names one field. Tall In The Saddle recognizes expert practice across the larger decision system.

LEVEL 03

Advanced Specialist

Depth in one named field, demonstrated through practical work.

LEVEL 04

Tall In The Saddle

Original work that connects the fields and holds up when the problem changes.

THE RANGE CREDENTIAL

Tall In The Saddle
Operations Decision Systems

Expert practice across a consequential decision system.

Candidates show depth in three specializations across three clusters, then prove they can connect all four clusters in original work. Equivalent evidence may satisfy the entry requirements. Every candidate completes the same synthesis, unfamiliar disruption, and defense.

01

Depth

Three specialist standards met.

02

Breadth

Three different clusters represented.

03

Synthesis

All four clusters connected in one original system.

04

Defense

A new failure examined through evidence and defense.

Grid-issued and assessed. Not academic credit, licensure, external accreditation, or a benefit conferred by purchase.

THE SPECIALIZATION CATALOG

Eight fields.
One connected range.

Start with the decision you need to make. Each field stands on its own and leads to a scoped Advanced Specialist assessment.

THE BOOKS ARE THE SOURCE

Built from the books.

Mount Up provides the foundation. High Tail supplies the advanced methods. Blaze The Trail brings them into recognizable business cases.

01
COMMON GROUND

Mount Up

The shared discipline for reading, explaining, structuring, and handing off a model.

02
DEEPER METHODS

High Tail

The advanced methods for evidence, planning, simulation, optimization, logistics, and recovery.

03
PRACTICAL TRANSFER

Blaze The Trail

Recognizable business cases that move those methods into work people already understand.

04
A NAMED DOORWAY

Specialist Field Guide

A future focused publication that makes one field independently useful and teachable.

FOUR WAYS IN

Read. Practice. Prove.
Apply together.

Choose the support that fits the work. The credential standard stays the same.

01

Field Guide

A focused introduction to one field, shaped from the larger library and made to stand on its own.

02

Lab Pack

Worked cases, controlled variations, and checks that turn reading into repeatable practice.

03

Specialist Program

Structured learning, feedback, and project support leading to a separately governed assessment.

04

Team Studio

A private cohort around shared operating problems, with individual evidence and assessment.

Programs can be purchased. Recognition must be earned.

Qualified practitioners may apply with equivalent evidence. Payment can buy access, support, lab capacity, and review time. It never buys the credential. Formats and pricing will follow the pilots.
